In a first position ink passes from a reservoir, to ink roller 5, to a first distributor roller 6 only, and then to inking rollers 9. In a second position coupling rollers 7<SP>1</SP>, 7<SP>11</SP> respectively contact further distributor roller 8<SP>1</SP> and first roller 6 to increase the effective train lengths. Positioning is controlled by a handle 15 which acts on linkage 17-23. A further position corresponding with the second position except that a wiper blade 12 engages roller 6 for cleaning. Ink roller 5 may also be tripped from roller 6.

专利说明:

The initial element of all the inclusions of the vallock is located on the core of the plate cylinder 13, which includes the cam 20 and the manual lever 22 mounted on the adjusting shaft 21. The latter can be replaced by a drive element with automatic activation. Depending on the on or off onset, the rolling 11 and leveling rollers 12 are connected to the plate cylinder 13 and are disconnected from it by the cam 20 through control valves (not shown).
In order to interrupt the supply of paint when the onset is turned off, the four-bar is pivotally connected to the switching cam 20.
Through the intermediate rod 23, which is pivotally connected to the cam 20, the switching movement is transferred to the stop 24, which acts on the paint roller 5 and removes it from the interaction with the rubbing roller 6. As a result, when the onset is turned off, the ink supply to the rolling and / or leveling 12 is interrupted. rollers. Thus, the interruption of the paint supply is carried out by a hinged four-wheel hanger consisting of the side wall of the machine, cam 20 (driveline), intermediate link 23 and stop 24 (driven balancer).
The stop 24 is fixedly rotatable on the rod 16, which is connected to the adjusting shaft 21 via the eccentric 15. Through the hand lever 22 rigidly mounted on the adjusting shaft 21, the movement through the end 16 is transmitted to the middle link 17, which is adjacent from the interaction with the rubbing roller 6. In this case, the contact between the intermediate 7 and the rubbing 9 rollers is not interrupted. From the middle link 17, the movement of the hand lever 22 is transmitted through the transmission rod 18 to the driven link 19, which is adjacent to the intermediate roller 8 and removes it from contact with the rubbing roller 10. At the same time, the contact between the intermediate 8 and the rubbing 10 rollers is not disturbed.
Simultaneously with the hand lever 22, the flushing squeegee 14, which is rigidly mounted on the setting shaft 21, acts, which is adjacent to the first rubbing roller 6 or, being thrown back, is in a state of rest. Squeegee 14 can be installed on other rollers of the dyeing apparatus.
Rollers and squeegee can occupy different positions.
In the first position shown in FIG. 3, the paint passes through the paint roller 5, the first rubbing roller in and the rolling rollers 11 to the stereotype on the plate cylinder 13. The intermediate roller 7, the rubbing roller 9 and
Prptgmy bass nMnanuRnniniiTT-rY / 9 nf develop a separate leveling group without direct paint supply. The second same leveling group forms an intermediate roller 8, a rubbing roller 10 and a second leveling roller 12. Both these leveling groups receive paint only through a stereotype. The ink thus prepared is prepared and mixed by its
splitting and axial movement of the rubbing rollers and again falls into the stereotype. In the first position, the variations in the thickness of the ink layer on the printing parts, resulting from the interference caused by the printing and non-printing parts of the stereotype and the resistance of the channel, are eliminated. Therefore, this position is most suitable for printing with a large variety of colors. In the case of uninterrupted printing, the ink supply is interrupted as a result of raising the ink roller 5 from the rubbing roller 6. At the same time, both the rolling rollers AND and the leveling rollers 12 are lifted from the printing cylinder 13 by conventional means and in the usual way.
Thus, four separate groups of the paint apparatus are formed: paint supply group - ductor 2, transfer roller 3, group of paint-roller rollers and paint roller 5, paint application group - first rubbing roller 6 and rolling rollers -ll; the first leveling group is an intermediate roller 7,
rubbing roller 9 and the first leveling roller 12; and the second leveling group is an intermediate roller 8, a rubbing roller 10 and a second leveling roller 12. These groups of the dyeing apparatus are preferably driven separately by a form cylinder due to friction.
Due to this, during short breaks in printing, the thickness of the layer is not
changes, i.e. instantaneous readiness for work is ensured, and therefore the required printing quality is again achieved immediately or after several sheets.
Wash squeegee 14 is in
resting position and not adjacent to the first rubbing roller 6.
In the second position, shown in FIG. 4, the ink is applied to the stereotype located on the mold cylinder 13 through
the colorful roller 5, the first rubbing roller 6 and the rubbing rollers 9 and 10 n the leveling rollers 12. The intermediate roller 7 abuts the first rubbing roller 6 and the rubbing rollers 9 and 10.
Thus, the leveling rollers 12 have a direct supply of fresh paint.
This position is most suitable for printing with a relatively uniform
g I (i TTO TT / 1L1G from 1-GT.TO tigl glg.ltt.
successfully applied when working with heavily soiled paper.
The disconnection of the paint roller 5, the rolling rollers // and the leveling rollers 12 during a break in printing is the same as in the first position. In this case, only two groups of the paint apparatus are formed: the ink supply group - elements 2-5 and the ink application group - elements 6-12.
Wash blade 14 is at rest and not adjacent to the rubbing roller 6.
In the third position shown in FIG. 5, the paint supply is realized in the same way as the paint supply in the second position. In contrast to the second position, the contact between the ink roller 5 and the rubbing roller 6 is constantly maintained, i.e., even if the rolling rollers // and the leveling rollers 12 are disconnected from the stereotype (plate).
This position is applied during the "run-in dye." “Break-in is necessary at the beginning of the printing process and after a long break. In such cases, the third position is first selected until all the rollers have received the required amount of ink, and then the first or second position is selected for the main printing process. Such a preparatory position is especially necessary in the subsequent first position, since otherwise the leveling rollers 12 can receive paint only from a stereotype (plate plate) and the paint is removed from the printing parts of the stereotype. In this case, there would be a large waste of paper, i.e., until saturation would occur.
The wash blade is in a resting position and not adjacent to the rubbing roller 6.
FIG. 6 shows the fourth position. This position basically corresponds to the third position, however, the rinsing squeegee 14 is adjacent to the first rubbing roller 6. The ink supply is interrupted by removing the paint from the ink reservoir and / or disabling the transfer roller. The detergent is supplied either from the ink tank /
or using additional known devices.
